Well-being… Energy Impacts and Stress… How to have the Conversation

One of the tougher challenges a leader faces today, especially if you are leading a transformation, and absolutely if you are an Intuitive Transformational Officer/Leader, is how to have a conversation which can include the concepts, affects, or impacts regarding energy and what is going on energetically within the people, team, and organization.

What is going on is:

  • we have the transformation everyone is going to experience described in TYIIR Institute, LLC’s Transformation Journey web page which includes energy and the evolution of the world around us, evolving from the third to the fifth dimension
  • we have consistent and emerging breakthroughs in Quantum Science regarding energy being the foundational building blocks of the world or universe around us.  This includes tangible things like our bodies, as well as intangible things like our thoughts
  • we have energy pioneers who are providing more data, knowledge, insights, methods, and tools for how each one of us has the ability to work with energy and use energy to create or manifest  the world or universe around us

As individuals, families, teams, and organizations evolve to become more consciously in tune or attuned to energy and using energy, as our bodies (even subconsciously) become in tune or attuned to energy and using energy, there is a pretty good chance that the information being provided to us energetically is not aligned or conflicts with what we are being told, being directed, incentivized, or influenced to do.

What do you think is the result? 

Stress, uneasy feelings, dis-trust of the person or group making the statements, eroding confidence, losing believability, or worse yet, losing trust in a leader are a few examples.  The energy receivers in our body sensing the environment around us are providing us one data set which is processed and communicated to our conscious self through our intuition and gut feelings.  What we are being fed internally may differ from what other people or organizations are telling you, implying, or wanting you to believe.

This is why from today moving forward, now that you are aware, you want to align your conscious way of thinking and doing to your energy-based way of thinking and doing. 

One benefit, value, or result is that people’s feelings for who and what you are, what you stand for, align to their experience of you which amplifies their trust and belief in you.  This is going to become more important over time as the world around us starts to think and do at a higher level of consciousness/intelligence. 

The third dimensional way of thinking and doing, having to have or show scientific proof or some type of physical validation, evidence for something to be considered true or definitive is being replaced with what a person energetically believes, or their overall or combined experience of you.  Meaning both their physical and energetic experience of you.  This becomes significantly more important as technology evolves and disrupts our world. 

How are you going to know what is true or false?  Ultimately, what YOU feel or come to an internal agreement within yourself will determine what is the truth.  One of the key sources for how you determine the truth comes from intuition or gut feelings which are receiving energy-based information from the world around you.  An interesting read or article on this topic is by Dr. Joe Dispenza titled The Magic of Intuition Is Not Magic.  

So where does well-being come into play? 

With all the transformation, evolution, disruption, dysfunction going on, and energy being our foundational building block of the environment around us, people many not realize, understand, or connect the dots that the occurring stress, uneasy feelings, dis-trust is energy-based.  They may not know, understand, or believe that this thing called “energy” is real, and that they need to include in their wellness, energy health and well-being.  In school we are taught about nutrition and mental health.  Depending upon your religious beliefs and practices, you may receive teachings on spiritual health.  But where do we have or receive information and teachings on energy health?

Historically, when you think or talk of energy, your mind goes to psychic, woo woo, new age, or metaphysical ways of thinking and doing.  Depending upon your religious beliefs and practices, energy may be considered taboo.  Because of the conviction built up over centuries of these spiritual or religious constructs, it is very hard if not a non-starter to discuss energy.

This is why, at the start of the article we stated; “One of the tougher challenges a leader faces today… is how to have a conversation which can include the concepts, affects, or impacts regarding energy and what is going on energetically within the people, team, and organization.” The good news is that we are making progress in this area.  As the breakthroughs in Quantum Science, energy pioneers, neuroscience and other disciplines makes its way into the public, and consumed, awareness occurs. 

By having these words in circulation, being socially acceptable, we now have a way to communicate, have the conversation, and increase awareness about energy.  This is important and will become increasingly important as we continue to evolve to that higher level consciousness and intelligence.
