Enjoy The Moment

One of easiest tools we have to provide calm and positivity in our daily life is to be in the now, be in the moment, taking note and acknowledging the coincidence or synchronicity occurring right before our very eyes, what we are experiencing at that point in time.

From a TYIIR Part 1 & 2 (Individual & Team TYIIR) Perspective, this means we are able to slow things, compartmentalize or be able to separate the various things going on around us so that we can focus on one thing. As we focus on this individual item, feelings of calm, relaxation, goodness, positivity and much more come flooding in. We are able to have those seconds or hopefully longer, to get a break, regroup, pull ourselves together, reset our composure or confidence and then return to the action at hand.

From a TYIIR Part 3 (Universal TYIIR) Perspective, this means the inclusion of energy being layered in or in addition to what we experience as described from a TYIIR Part 1 & 2 perspective. As we focus on the individual item, when feelings of calm, relaxation, goodness, positivity come flooding in, we also feel the connectivity we have to source energy, to a higher power, our calling and much more. For some unknown reason which we can’t really explain, we just know, we believe, which amplifies our calm from deep within our core, what I like to call our “heart of hearts.”

Regardless of the perspective you experience, both result in that calming or refreshing moment, which provides us what we need to keep going and not give up.
