TYIIR started out as a method, a process, a systematic approach for how to Transform Your Ideas Into Reality (TYIIR) and be a good leader able to achieve repeatable results. The focus was on Transformational Leadership, succeeding where others had failed or accomplishing what others said could not be done… being the best Transformation Leader and Transformation Officer YOU can BE!
With the TYIIR System© created and being put to the the test, there came the realization that the TYIIR System© was a Transformational Leadership system, or model for how individuals and organizations can think and operate from a transformational-based culture, mindset, people, data, process (flow), and tools.
For almost two decades, the TYIIR System© provided repeatable results and yielded the best result possible for the situation. The value add recognized by individuals, teams, and organizations was the quality and effectiveness of the leaders leading by Transformational Leadership.
Several years ago, a family tragedy occurred which rocked our founder to their very core. Being completely disoriented, the founder reviewed and rebuilt himself.
While the founder was evaluating and rebuilding there was the epiphany that the TYIIR System© is actually an Intuitive Transformational Leadership (Transcendent Leadership) (5D) system for how to think and do by incorporating energy using one’s intuition and gut feelings… the reason why the TYIIR System© was able to provide consistent repeatable results is because incorporating energy was baked into the system, meaning the leader leads intuitively with / by energy and may not even know it.
The timing of this initial evaluating and rebuilding was around the onset of COVID, what TYIIR thinks of as “the great reset.” One of the results from COVID, as people had time to reflect and take some time to look inward. Looking inward has enabled an increasing number of people and organizations to realize our world is energy-based, and there is a better way. Validation of this is in the terminology or buzz words used like; “going Quantum“, evolution from 3D to 4D to 5D, using your “conscious and unconscious“, incorporating “meditation and manifesting“, to name a few. It seems like every few weeks a new organization is starting up with their own “energy” (5D) terminology.
Why?
Because people are trying to figure out socially acceptable or palatable ways to talk about or bring awareness to the “use of”, or “how to incorporate” energy (5D) into their life. The bottom line, or at the core of it all, is that these new “energy based” (5D) ways of thinking and doing go back to the basics; simply “believe IN” and “focus ON” YOU… what you “FEEL” is right for YOU!!!
The individuals, persons, or people who can most efficiently and effectively evolve themselves or transform themselves to this new “energy-based” (5D) way of dynamically thinking and doing (in iterations, aka iteratively) compared to others, spend the least amount of time evolving or in transformation from 3D to 5D will come out ahead, healthier, and on top. – John Ruppel
All the time, money, and effort you spend on trying to search for, figure out, look to others to solve your personal energy growth to 5D challenges, instead of listening or trusting what you “feel” or “internally know” is right, is a distraction, an expensive lesson learned, a delay in YOU evolving, transforming to achieve YOUR goals, or get what YOU want.
The simple truth is only YOU can come to terms, understand, come up with, or “self-realize” to be able to “self-actualize” (SR2SA) YOUR way forward. No one can do this for YOU. YOU have to do this YOURSELF, for YOURSELF, which means you need to be accountable and responsible for YOUR progression.
So I will ask; “Do you have to have the 2Cs “courage” and “commitment” to follow YOU?”
