Each of us views the world from their own lens or perspective which provides context to the “what”, “how”, and “why” individuals, families, teams, or organizations, act and behave. TYIIR’s perspective is that today we are living in an unprecedented time in our lives, an unprecedented time in history, where individuals, families, teams, organizations, and humanity as a whole is at a cross-roads. The choices are:
- Turn Left and continue on our current trajectory and way of thinking and doing where man-made ideologies are governing.
- Turn Right to change, travel a never been done before journey which no one has experienced before, creating a new trajectory, and way of thinking and doing. The turn right journey is about “self-realization,” realizing that we have to think and do dynamically, operating with our energy-based senses and skills in harmony with humanity and our environment.
TYIIR believes that the best way to help individuals, families, teams, and organizations figure out their best path forward is to become “aware” of the “energy-based change” which every individual, family, team and organization is going to experience as the world around us evolves to a higher level of consciousness and intelligence. Some call this changing dimensions which is more accurate than you may believe. Once “aware”, that it is ok to change… more importantly provide the information, knowledge, tools, and methods for “what” and “how” to change, being your coach, mentor, trainer…etc. helping you along your change journey.
